Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026. This site is operated by Bram Call, Realtor®, brokered by Sweet Group Realty.
What we collect
Information you submit (name, phone, email, property address, timeline, and your text-message consent choice, with the date, time and consent wording shown), plus basic technical data such as browser type.
How we use it
To respond to your request, provide real-estate services, and, only if you opted in, send calls and texts about your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing, except that if you enter a giveaway and check its optional consent box, your entry information is shared with that giveaway's named co-sponsor so it can contact you as described in that consent.
Giveaways and co-sponsors
Some giveaways are co-sponsored with a local business named on the entry form and in the official rules (for example, Sawtooth Moving Co. for the $500 Moving Help Giveaway). Giveaway entry information is used to administer the giveaway, select and contact the winner, and, only if you checked the optional consent box, allow Bram Call and the named co-sponsor to call or text you about real estate and moving services. Consent is not required to enter or win. The co-sponsor's use of your information is governed by its own practices.
Text messages
Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare (hosting) and delivered to Bram via Telegram (messaging service) and ntfy (notification service, ntfy.sh). These providers are used solely to operate this site and respond to your request. Fonts are served from this site; no third-party font service is used.
